 Why are your prices so low?

Our prices are low because we sell only high quality sterling silver merchandise, which we are confident you will be very happy with. Happy customers make few returns which helps to keep our costs down. We pass those savings on to you.

Are all your products Sterling Silver?

All of our merchandise is guaranteed to be .925 Sterling Silver unless otherwise noted. Some of our Sterling Silver products are Rhodium-plated to minimize tarnishing.

How can I be sure of the quality of the items I order?

We keep our customers informed of policies, procedures and all materials used, in order to establish a trusting agreement with each person who orders our products.  Our materials and pieces are carefully selected to uphold the highest standards.  A descriptive list of these materials can be found in the jewelry index on our website.  We also have guarantees on our products, because delivering our promises is a priority.  

What kind of guarantee do you have on your products?

We guarantee that the quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed your expectation. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a replacement or exchange, or credit your credit card. (Shipping charges are not refundable.) Custom pieces can not be returned or exchanged.  Please see our Return Policy Procedures

How do you ship and how much does shipping cost?

Sterling Goddess is proud to offer Free USPS First Class and Parcel Post shipping on all orders. USPS Priority Mail is available for $8.95. Express Mail is available for $24.95. Please see our Shipping page for more information.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time.

What if my product gets lost or damaged during shipping?  

 If your product is damaged during shipping, we will replace it with an identical item. All shipping will be sent with delivery confirmation so that your order is being tracked and arrives securely at your door.

How are orders packaged?

Most of our pieces are shipped in beautiful velour or velvet pouches. We offer upgraded packaging on most pieces for an additional fee. Upgraded packaging options are black leatherette boxes or beautiful high gloss Rosewood boxes. These impressive boxes are ideal for gift giving! Gift wrapping is also available for an additional fee of $4.95 per item.

Will I be charged sales tax?

All orders shipped to any destination within the state of Arizona are subject to an 8.1% sales tax. Orders shipped to other states within the U.S. will not require sales tax.

What if I can’t find what I am looking for?

At Sterling Goddess, we do our very best to stock the hottest trends as well as classic designs in order to satisfy our customers’ varied tastes in beautiful sterling silver jewelry. We are adding new designs to our catalogue regularly. If you are unable to find what you are looking for, feel free to email us at info@sterlinggoddess.com.

How long will it take to receive my order?

In-stock items are shipped within in 1-2 business days and may be in transit for 5-7 business days.However, most items arrive within 3-5 business days after you place your order. Orders that require additional time will generally be noted in the product description page. Shipping to an address other than your billing address usually requires additional time to process.

Is next day delivery available?

Next day delivery is available for an additional fee if the item is in stock at the time of the order. To protect our customers from credit card fraud, next day shipping is only available when we have a verified phone number and the shipping and billing addresses are the same. We do not ship next day to PO Boxes. There is a 1 business day processing time and 1 business day in- transit so you can expect your order to arrive within 2 business days from the time you place your order.
